Stability & Support
Our Transitional Housing Services is designed to successfully serve our community in short-term housing assistance. By offering a safe and supportive environment, these services aim to prevent individuals from returning to homelessness and provide a foundation for long-term housing stability.
Community & Resources
At Love Abounds, we seek to offer a range supportive services to tailor the need of the individuals and families we serve. These services may include case management, counseling, job training, educational opportunities, healthcare access, life skills development, and assistance with securing permanent housing.
Impact & Excellence
We strive to empower by helping individuals and families build skills and confidence to become self-sufficient. Educational opportunities may include providing workshops/classes on budgeting, job search strategies, and other life skills. The ultimate aim is to support in transition from a state of dependence to one of independence.
THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF TRANSITIONAL HOUSING IS TO PROVIDE A STABLE & SAFE PLACE TO LIVE.
